Culling dead individuals from Michigan voter rolls is a pretty basic task for Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. Now Judge Jane M. Beckering, an appointee of President Joe Biden, has rejected Benson’s demand to dismiss a lawsuit filed against her claiming she refused to remove almost 26,000 dead individuals from the state’s voter rolls.
A Black Lives Matter leader in Tennessee was just sentenced to six years in prison for illegally registering to vote as a felon. According to the New York Post, Pamela Moses, the 44-year-old activist who founded the Memphis chapter of BLM, had pled guilty back in 2015 to guilty to felony charges of tampering with evidence and forgery, along with misdemeanor charges of perjury, stalking, theft under $500, and escape. She was then placed on probation for seven years.
For millions of Americans, the conduction of the 2020 general election continues to raise more questions than provide answers — and rightly so. In unprecedented fashion, outside actors such as Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg attempted to exert influence on the electoral process by pouring hundreds of millions of dollars into left-wing nonprofits to infiltrate government elections offices and fund Democrat get-out-the-vote operations in key battleground states across the country.
We recently added nine new cases to the Heritage Election Fraud Database, bringing the total number of entries of proven instances of voter fraud in the database to 1,374. The mounting collection of cases continue to disprove the narrative that voter fraud is not real and that further election integrity measures are not needed.
Supporters for election integrity scored a major victory Friday when the Arizona Supreme Court held that Proposition 210 — a ballot initiative to undo Arizona’s new election integrity law, financed with George Soros’s money — cannot be on the November ballot due to a lack of valid signatures.
When you disagree with the anticipated results, you flip-flop to complain about integrity issues with mail-in voting...Starbucks is asking the federal labor board to suspend all mail-in ballot union elections nationwide, alleging misconduct in the voting process by the board's personnel and the union organizing its baristas.
A common refrain in politics has always been, “If you don’t like how the country is being run, make your voice heard in the next election” (or some variation thereof). But after serious voting irregularities surfaced during the 2020 presidential election, causing widespread concern over the validity of the results, many Americans are approaching the 2022 midterm elections with a nagging pit in their stomachs: What if mine and the voices of millions of my fellow citizens are rendered silent by voter fraud?
Attorney General and American Constitutional Rights Union director Edwin Meese III and Ambassador and ACRU board member J. Kenneth Blackwell warn against rampant abuse of our country’s most vulnerable voters — senior citizens. Since the ACRU launched its Protect Vulnerable Voters initiative, troubling reports of vulnerable voter abuse have streamed in.
We celebrate patriotic senior citizens and the invaluable contributions they have made to the financial strength and fundamental freedoms we enjoy as Americans. In turn, we must take every action to ensure the integrity and intent of our seniors’ political choices at a time when they are at risk to be targets of vote fraud. We are calling on fellow Americans to demonstrate their gratitude and respect for seniors by helping to protect the sanctity of their votes.

During the 2020 election cycle, we observed unconstitutional actions. Governors and judges in many states like Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Texas to name a few, made unconstitutional changes to election law. As we know, only the legislative branch are empowered to make laws at state and federal levels.
